Jeffrey Light has more than 35 years of experience in real estate and litigation. Mr Light recently retired from The Sherwin-Williams Company, the global leader in architectural paint manufacturing and sales, where he was Vice-President of Real Estate. Mr. Light managed over 1500 retail lease sites as well as the opening of 30-50 new locations from 2006 to 2023. From 1997 to 2006, he was Manager of Corporate Real Estate for Sherwin-Williams, responsible for real estate acquisitions and divestures for manufacturing, distribution, research, and office facilities throughout North America.
Prior to Sherwin-Williams, Mr. Light was General Counsel for Metropolitan Properties and associated entities in Cleveland OH, involved with real estate and litigation with a focus on residential and entertainment districts around the urban core of the City. Additional prior experience includes litigation attorney at the Calfee Halter law firm and working in the Cuyahoga County court system.
Mr. Light has B.S. in Finance from the Miami University (Ohio) and a J.D from Cleveland State University and is a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar. He resides in Orange Village, Ohio with his wife Nina.
